Rang Holi Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending Sansaar’s Rang Holi 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and your guests:
1. Tickets & Entry

All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry.

Children under 2 years old can attend for free (no ticket required)
-
Children under 2 years old will not receive any colour for throwing and will be required to pay for any stalls that have an additional charge.

All guests with a child ticket must be accompanied by an adult, (over 18 years) to enter the venue, and venue staff may ask you to produce suitable identification.

Refunds will only be available until 28th February 2025—no refunds will be issued after this date.

Each order is limited to a maximum of 10 tickets.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket by notifying the organisers by email of the new attendee, subject to the new attendee agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

Sansaar and the event organisers have the right to refuse entry entirely at their discretion.
2. Event Activities & Safety

Colour powders used at the event are skin-friendly and non-toxic, but attendees with allergies or respiratory conditions should take necessary precautions.
-
Attendees should avoid throwing colour directly into others' eyes or mouths.
-
The event organisers are not responsible for any stains on clothing, skin, or personal belongings caused by colour powders.

Cupcake and card decorating slots must be pre-booked, and attendees must arrive 10 minutes before their slot starts.

Food and drink stalls will be available at the event, and attendees are responsible for checking allergen information before purchasing.

Attendees are strictly not permitted to bring any non-veg food or alcohol onto the premises.

Sansaar reserves the right to remove any person including any person who causes disturbance, or refuses to comply with reasonable requests made by Sansaar without a refund.

The following items are prohibited:​

Any sharp object or weapon
-
Alcohol, drugs or non-vegetarian food
-
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premisis
-
Aerosol cans, deodorants or perfumes
-
Anything else that Sansaar or the event organises deem to be unsuitable for the event

3. Conduct & Behaviour

This is a family-friendly event—any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Attendees must follow all instructions given by event staff and volunteers.
-
Any damage to event property, venue, or other attendees’ belongings will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved.
4. Liability & Responsibility
-
The organisers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
-
Attendees participate in the Holi celebrations and activities at their own risk.
-
First aid assistance will be available on-site for minor injuries.

5. Photography & Media
-
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
-
By attending the event you agree to us capturing footage with a drone which will be flown by a licensed operator.
-
If you do not wish to appear in event media, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.
6. Changes & Cancellations
-
Sansaar and the event organisers have the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions.
-
Any significant changes to the event will be communicated via email and social media.
These terms are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or attendance at the event.
